The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.
