We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Egge Resort 7f with hot tub and sauna

The "Egge Resort 7f" holiday apartment, set on a hillside in Altenbeken, offers 48 m² of space for up to two guests. It features a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer, double hob, kettle, toaster, and Philips Senseo coffee machine. Bed linen, a dish towel, two sauna towels, two XL bathrobes, two large, two medium, two small towels, and three bath mats are provided.

Mill house on the Nethe

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Cozy attic studio

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. You live in a house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with fitness, cinema, gazebo and open views of the Teutoburg Forest. Full kitchen, infrared sauna, cozy room with oven and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Garden in front of the house for your own use. Children and pets welcome. Completely newly renovated and furnished apartment on the 1st floor. Equipped with a designer floor, box spring beds, shower, bathtub, satellite TV and an interior balcony are just a few highlights for a pleasant stay. Cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Both the spa town of Bad Driburg (9 km) and the cathedral town of Paderborn (22 km), which are also accessible by public transport, invite you to further sights and shopping.

Central living

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located apartment. The small but stylish and fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the center of our village of around 1800 inhabitants. The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. A baker, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, ATM and dentist are also within walking distance. Smoking is allowed outside the door.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
