If you are looking for peace and nature, then you are in the right place with me. In the Federal Gold Village of Ovenhausen surrounded by mountains, you can enjoy your stay stress-free. Bakers, butchers, beautiful squares in the center of town, as well as the R1, invite you to cycle - especially to Höxter to the former state garden showgrounds or to the Marienmünster monastery. The renovated 47 sqm apartment on the ground floor has been furnished with attention to detail and has floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. I look forward to your visit.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

A modern kitchen setup features sleek cabinetry in neutral tones and a warm wood countertop. Appliances include a built-in oven, stovetop, and coffee machine. Counter space is organized with utensils and kitchen essentials, while a tiled backsplash adds a subtle texture.

Luise am Wall vacation home

Our apartment "Luise" is located on the wall in the middle of Höxter. The beautiful old town is just a few meters behind the city wall, the town hall incl. restaurant with a beautiful beer garden can almost be touched from the window. Various other restaurants and snacks are within walking distance. The wall system and the Weser promenade invite you to take a walk and lead around the city center. By bike you can explore the great bike paths around Höxter.

The living area features a blend of comfortable seating, including a spacious sofa and a stylish armchair. A dining table with woven chairs is positioned nearby. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space, and scenic views of the surrounding landscape can be enjoyed.

Vacation home with a dream view

Stylishly furnished and centrally located apartment with fantastic views over the Wesertal. Enjoy the outstanding panoramic view of the Solling from one of the two terraces at sunset. The historic old town center of Höxter with its diverse restaurants is within walking distance. The steamboat dock on the Weser for a visit to the Corvey World Heritage Site is about 700 meters away. The recreational area of the Godelheimer Seenplatte is not far away.

Our Marktplatzatrium 1 is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone in Höxter on the Weser. We provide fast Wi-Fi and a workplace with LAN connection. On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, a district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weser Uplands, directly on the Weser bike path. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
