Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Quietly located, renovated two-room apartment on the 5th floor of an old building from the late 19th century, without an elevator. Located parallel to Taunusstraße, you can reach the city center, spa park, Kochbrunnen, Nerotal and -berg as well as shops, specialty stores and restaurants within minutes by foot. One bed and a sofa bed can accommodate 2-4 people. Public transport stops around the corner, you can reach the highway in 10 minutes, Frankfurt in 30 minutes, and the airport in 25 minutes.
