Recharge after a day at the beach in this spacious master suite. The bathroom features a garden tub to soak your cares away. Or use the stand up shower. The bedroom has blackout curtains so you can sleep in late if you want. The kitchenett provides the essentials to prepare simple meals. The TV has a Netflix account to pass the evenings. This home sits on a half acre lot with plenty of space for parking. The house has is divided into two apartments and the owner lives on the other side.

La Playa Esmeralda - Panoramic Sunset Views

Welcome to La Playa Esmeralda, a beautifully renovated 2nd floor studio. Upon entering you'll be greeted by beautiful views of the Sound where the sunsets are unparalleled. This lovely condo includes 2 comfortable beds-1 regular and 1 Murphy bed, along with a coffee bar and fully equipped kitchen. You're just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy a dip in the pool, grilling in the gazebo and fish all night long on our large, lighted, private fishing pier, where no fishing license is required.

The Sea Turtle Inn Unit 2

Newly built in 2024. Nestled in the woods yet an easy 10 minutes to the beach by car. Private parking, private bathroom, private kitchen, full size appliances, all-in-one washer/dryer, electric adjustable bed with remote, whole house backup generator, plus house is on the Florida Scenic Hiking Trail. This is a duplex so there may be guests staying in the other unit. I also live in the home, but guests will not be bothered and everything is securely locked for maximum privacy.

The Emerald Cove at the Beach

Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.

Welcome to Aspen at The Oasis! The greenery surrounding this tiny cabin makes it feel like it's in the country yet it's only minutes to downtown, shopping, dining, the mall, and PNS airport. Pensacola beach is only 20 minutes away. Amenities include a full kitchen, large deck, WiFi, Roku TV with Netflix, Washer/Dryer, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy a peaceful stay with reasonable cleaning fees and no chore lists!

This warm and welcoming house is centrally located between Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach and the National Seashore. It is within a few minutes walk (.2 miles) from private neighborhood pier and beach access on the Santa Rosa Sound! The house is in a quiet, safe and secluded cul-de-sac, on a green-belt with tons of privacy, and still easy access to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants.
