Guest house

Our little house in the mountains of Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, in a very quiet area through which there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside for all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short as "the path of the water" or more demanding and long as the route to Siete Picos. It's an independent apartment that sits in the same estate as the house.

Our unique garden with a swimming pool is over 60 years old and is located in one of the best areas of the Sierra de Guadarrama, where you will feel in the middle of nature. Excellent starting point to visit Navacerrada, Castillo de Manzanares, El Escorial Monastery, Segovia, La Granja de San Ildefonso, Sierra de Guadarrama Park... Bus 30 meters away with direct connection to the port of Navacerrada and Madrid.

😴The private flat on the lower ground floor accommodates up to 6 pax + 1 baby or pet. It features two bedrooms—one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed—and a living room between them with two single beds (mattresses 200cm long). The unit includes a full bathroom (sink, shower, bathtub, toilet), a garden area with hammocks, a terrace with table and chairs, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 32" flat-screen TV, duvets, pillows, fans, blankets, linens, and towels.

Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden in the back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.
