Situated very near the river, it's within a short walk of downtown restaurants, shops and music venues. It is a very comfortable and private space.

This house has two bedrooms, one with a new Queen size pillowtop bed and one with a new full size bed. Also available a high level plug in air mattress and the couch could sleep one. The best part of this house is the large back patio. The house has 10ft ceilings and original architecture. Pets are welcome.
