A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. A stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment with fully kitted open plan kitchen, tea/coffee and nespresso machine, hairdryer, 2 x TV, ironing board and iron. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

A large, light, bright studio. Decorated to a high standard, this self contained studio is a part of our house, has private access via an external staircase. The studio consists of a large living space and full bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge and tableware in the main room. The studio is perfect for visiting Loughborough University, just 15 minutes walk to the main Uni entrance. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one single (further beds on discussion with host); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

This lovely open plan loft apartment is in Woodthorpe, a charming hamlet on the outskirts of Loughborough. A five minute drive to Loughborough or the University. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.
