The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. The house is used as a residence for the Store Riddersborg estate, which is 250 meters away. The house has a pool that is 150 cm deep, and a covered terrace for the cool summer evenings. Indoors, there is room for the whole family at the dining table, a large kitchen and two living rooms. There are beautiful sea views to the east.
