Nice little studio with private south-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 with new windows, floors with underfloor heating, new kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing dryer. The apartment is bright and cozy within walking distance to everything and only 750 meters from Slagelse Station. Shared park-like garden for the use of the 7 apartments in the property. Free parking available on the street. Apartment is rented with all kitchen fixtures and electrical appliances as well as various necessities. Minimum stay is 28 days.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. There is a marina and fishing port, a charming tavern and a grill bar. Local Brewery with courtyard and several other eateries. The nature on Reersø is completely unique, and you can take a walk along the cliff or visit the beautiful and peaceful beach. If you fish, the peninsula is known for its unique trout waters. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely view.

Indbydende sommerhus med to værelser, stort køkkenalrum, badeværelse med spa, solrige terasser; - beliggende højt i terræn med masser af sol med glimt til Storebæltsbroen. 750 m til dejlig og børnevenlig badestrand. I området er der masser af dyreliv; først og sidst på sæsonen er der gode muligheder for at se råvildt i haven. Da vi holder meget af dyrelivet er dele af haven overladt til sig selv. Sommerhuset er beliggende for enden af en lukket vej. Vi har også sandkasse og gynge til børn.

Strandhuset

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little bathing hotel. Good, new beds, duvets, air-dried cotton bedding, good soaps, the best linens. Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is an almost 100-year-old lady and all the memories the house holds of life lived, is part of the house's charm.

Relax in comfort or with the family at this serene home at the end of a closed road. Via path it is 300 meters to the sandy beach with a jetty. View of the Great Belt Bridge from the living room.
