Consisting of a large living room with a separate sleeping area, 1 separate bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and natural light, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and entrance hall. When choosing the furniture and beds, we made sure to select high-quality products. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and roller shutters, and can be accessed via a staircase.

Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The apartment is close to Nierstein train station. The Rhine promenade and the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. The place is particularly good for couples, solo travelers, and cyclists.

Our Tiny Loft is located in South Hessian Ried, Trebur, Hessenaue, right next to a horse farm. The district of Hessenaue is still agricultural and is a paradise for horse lovers. On many farms you can still buy directly from the producer. Trebur is located in the city triangle of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, the Rhine is 2 km away. Swimming lakes invite you to swim in summer. If you like to ride a bike, you can use the well-developed bicycle network.

Beautiful apartment in the wine-growing town of Nierstein

55 sqm non-smoking apartment. The very spacious 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a two-party house with private access and has normal-sized windows in both rooms overlooking the garden. The vineyards are very close, the train station (good connection to Mz, Wi, F, Da, Wo, Ma), shops, the Rhine and the town center with many restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. Covered smoking area and bicycle storage, no pets allowed.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

Surrounded by vineyards and only 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport is Bodenheim, where you can relax in rural tranquility from everyday life and still be only a few kilometers from the state capital of Mainz. A king-size box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm is available, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests on a lying area of 140 x 200 cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.
