Located only 2 miles out of St Andrews, the Hay shed is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy sea views. It is positioned in the grounds of a large house with views over a field and then towards the sea. The Hay Shed offers a luxury glamping experience, think outside bath whilst watching the stars, cosy firepit and twinkling festoon lights. Perfect for a getaway for two people but also room for two kids in the mezzanine area (mattress provided but no bed linen for this bed). One dog allowed.

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

The lodge features a spacious decking area with a dining table and six chairs, surrounded by a welcoming wooden railing. Large glass doors provide a view of the outdoors, allowing natural light to fill the interior.

Cosy log cabin set in large garden with close links to Edinburgh airport and the city centre. Very comfortable sofa bed in living area with bunk beds in separate room. Modern bathroom with large shower. Breakfast facilities with kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. TV, hifi and free 4G wifi. Perfect for a family city trip or relaxing country break. The Pottery, nestled in the tree line across from our cottage, looks directly out onto the stunning Borthwick castle. This is a lovely area for walkers, hikers or anyone seeking peace and quiet in a tranquil environment or a romantic weekend getaway nestled below a remote historic castle. The hamlet is also only 30min drive (or 20min train) into central Edinburgh- perfect balance of city to green countryside. Please note we cannot accommodate children or pets.
