Vacation home by the lake

The lake is located in Emmerich-Elten, directly on the Dutch border and is easily accessible via the A3. Two wooden cottages invite you to relax from everyday stress. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with upholstered furniture and satellite TV, several sleeping options, shower/toilet, terrace overlooking the lake, barbecue and jetty, you can relax and swim wonderfully. The cottages can be rented individually or together. Use of the sauna garden can be booked on site.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old barn, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. In our Tiny House, it's great to enjoy. You enjoy the tranquility, the cozy living room, the warm atmosphere, the natural environment, the feeling of freedom. Walk from the living room through the French doors to the covered terrace where it is wonderful to relax in the evening sun. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts. Take advantage of the hot tub, light your own fire in the fireplace, make new acquaintances. And, your pet (max. 2) is also welcome.

106 square meters of pure bliss in a fantastic hillside location with an overwhelming view relationship towards the lake and mountains! The fully massive family beds in both bedrooms let one or even two whole family(s) sleep more relaxed. The spacious games room directly adjoins the roof terrace with enchanting views of the lake. Located directly in the first row, you can easily reach all the sights and the swimming beaches around Diemelsee.

Our new vacation home, completed in 2024, offers the perfect break from everyday life. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, guests enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors. The house is modern and comfortably equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Here, peace and relaxation in your own retreat is the top priority. Our house is within walking distance (about 3 minutes) of the lake/beach.

Lehmbrakenerstrasse with a bus stop borders the residential area/garden side. Via the adjacent Münsterstrasse you can quickly get to the highway.

The prices include a swimming pool, children's entertainment (entertainment only on weekends during low season), playgrounds, and Wi-Fi. This chalet is located at Krieghuusbelten Family Park between Raalte and Ommen and is available for rent from April 1, 2026, to October 1, 2026. There are no cleaning fees, but please leave the chalet tidy.
