'Stowview', in the family since 1963, is a south facing brick bungalow with large landscaping windows from the lounge looking out over rolling countryside towards Stow mill, whilst the grass bank at rear of the property leads to the sandy cliff top and on down to the beach less than 10 minutes walk away, without crossing any roads. The bungalow provides an open plan living dining area in a relaxing contemporary style, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, giving our guests both freedom and relaxation.

We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

The Loft, Cromer, Norfolk

This bijou stand-alone loft conversion was lovingly restored by the host Guy Spurrell, utilising eco friendly, reclaimed building materials. This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. My lovely 1960s chalet is very close to Mundesley beach - 2 minutes to the cliff top and 5 mins down onto the beach. It has great south facing views of the countryside and you are not overlooked by other chalets. You’ll love my place because of the big windows, the light, airy space and quirky found-objects. Even the bedrooms look out onto the private garden. Great for couples and small families. A quiet and spacious little development - bit of a hidden gem.
