This modest two bedroom, one bath home is in a prime location to facilitate all of West Virginia's outdoor recreational opportunities. From the camp, you can drop a line in the water, swim with the kids, kayak with friends, or read a book in the hammock. It's only minutes from the southern gateway to the New River Gorge and about 40 minutes to Winterplace Ski Resort. Close to everything but away from it all!

Hatfield & McCoy and Outlaw trails are just a few miles away with no trailering required through the ATV friendly town of Mullens. Parking is more than plentiful for several vehicles, ATV's and trailers. An added bonus is an on-site carwash, and gas, grocery and restaurants less than a mile away!

Then come drink hot chocolate next to the fireplace, or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the covered porch!

Or a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing stay on the river.

Our fun sized Cabin #3 is 120 sf, roughly the size of a standard bedroom; however it includes a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, loft bed area, and a futon sofa that makes a bed. We have satellite tv, wifi, ac, linens provided, kitchenware, and a large deck with a propane grill. We also have a back yard with a fire pit and wood provided. This Cabin is open seasonally April through October yearly.
