I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... Our cozy, quiet studio apartment in Hessenwinkel is perfect for vacationers, expats and city escapees looking for a place that is both within walking distance of the bus & train as well as forest & water. Every 10 minutes, the S3 runs directly through Berlin from Wilhelmshagen, thus enabling the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk, you are also in the Püttberge or at Lake Dämmeritz. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.
