This Victorian home built in 1860 has old-world charm but modern amenities. Home has been converted to a modern triplex w/ new flooring, cabinets, fixtures & appliances. This apt was created for Airbnb. 2 Queen-size brand new Tuff-n-Needle beds along w/ high quality pillows. Living room has trundle couch w/ 2 twin beds. Over 60 amenities included in this small apartment to give as much comfort as possible. Outside the home was also recently painted, new roof, new asphalt parking and new steps.

“Home” on the Road!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment situated on a beautiful 3.5 acre property! Massive walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. Friendly dogs allowed for $35 a dog. No more than 2 dogs. Must be left in a crate if left in apartment alone. We have a large crate available to use. We have a SUPER friendly 2 year old poodle/border collie mix that will greet you!

This loft is a great place to relax for the weekend or prepared for a business trip to the area. Just out side of Mooresville, Statesville and Salisbury is a much better opportunity then your mainstream hotels. It has a very large living area and a private master suite with a master bathroom.
