Boligen er en selvstændig lejlighed på 60 m2 på første sal, med en dejlig ugeneret sydvendt tagterrasse. Boligen består af køkken, stue/spisestue, badeværelse, 2 soveværelser med sengetøj, det en med dobbelt seng og garderobeskabe og det andet lidt mindre med 2 enkelt senge med delt fodende ideelt til børn, eller til dem der vil flette tær. Solrød Strand is known for its proximity to the beach, natural forrest and within a short driving distance to Copenhagen and Køge - making it a good location to stay at when visiting Sjælland.
