Enjoy The Great Sand Dunes, Zapata Falls, hiking trails, mountains and wide open spaces.

Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away. NO AC
