Beautiful view 20 min. from Copenhagen

Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

In this bright, classic apartment in Herlev's attractive Eventyrkvarter, you will have a quiet base close to green parks and with easy access to Copenhagen. Start the day on the south-facing balcony, make breakfast in the new kitchen and then explore the neighborhood and the city or hop on the train for a short trip to the center of Copenhagen. In the evening, you can relax in the bathtub or enjoy the apartment's classic charm with stucco, filling doors and views of the park and the roofs in the cozy, old villa neighborhood.

Our basement offers a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. You'll have everything you need for a short stay, incl. a single bed, a work desk, and a bathroom. We’re just a 10-minute walk to Herlev station and a 20-minute train ride to downtown Copenhagen. With free parking and an EV charger available, this is a great spot for both business and leisure travelers. Please note, you may hear footsteps and water drains from upstairs. We also have a cat, although he won’t go to your space.

Cozy guest suite with private garden, close to Herlev station.

The guest suite has its own cozy little garden and a bathroom with a washing machine. There can be two adults. The bed measures 200 x 140 cm. There is tableware, an electric kettle, refrigerator and toaster. There is no kitchen. As the home is very close to Herlev station, the train can be heard. We have a well-behaved dog in our part of the garden, which you may meet on the way into the guest suite. You are very welcome. However, we do not want anyone other than you in the home.
