Lovely annex with kitchen, bathroom and enclosed garden

You wake up in our quiet residential neighborhood. Make yourself a cup of coffee and some breakfast. In summer, you can take the food out on the terrace. After a ten-minute walk, you are at Herlev station, from there it only takes 20 minutes to be in the middle of Copenhagen, where you can choose to see one of the many sights, go to the amusement park or out for lunch. On the way back from the city tour, take a walk past Kagsmosen and see the lake and hear the birds. Back in the house, you can make dinner together, have fun and plan the next day.

In this bright, classic apartment in Herlev's attractive Eventyrkvarter, you will have a quiet base close to green parks and with easy access to Copenhagen. Start the day on the south-facing balcony, make breakfast in the new kitchen and then explore the neighborhood and the city or hop on the train for a short trip to the center of Copenhagen. In quiet scenic area, with many shopping opportunities. The apartment is located in the same building as the landlord, so there is easy contact if you need help or various questions. 80m2 divided into 3 rooms. With its own courtyard. Nice kitchen/family room. Everything is newly renovated. Access to washing/drying. Scenic area. Free parking.

The guest suite has its own cozy little garden and a bathroom with a washing machine. There can be two adults. The bed measures 200 x 140 cm. There is tableware, an electric kettle, refrigerator and toaster. There is no kitchen. As the home is very close to Herlev station, the train can be heard. We have a well-behaved dog in our part of the garden, which you may meet on the way into the guest suite. You are very welcome. However, we do not want anyone other than you in the home.
