Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

The cottage is located in the quaint historic district of Elm St. It is walking distance from the historic square, minutes from shopping and dining and 7 minutes from Hwy 85 and COHCC. The home is nestled on a quiet street and enjoys a large fenced back yard equipped with a grill, and fire pit for entertaining. The home has spacious bedrooms, brand new washer and dryer and a corner office nook. The home accepts pets, but please be aware of our pet policy.

We welcome you to come and enjoy a stay in our sweet hideaway. A clean, efficient, and comfy place to relax. Just 8 mins from I-85, and just 30 mins from Atlanta International Airport. Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties. No unregistered guests.
