Come and discover our Savoyard barn in a very welcoming village with its inn nestled facing south at 1050 m in the Tarentaise Valley, 12 minutes max by car from the large ski area of Valmorel/St Francois de Longchamp, in the heart of the Lauzière mountain range, the wildest in the Tarentaise, ideal for hiking. The village of Bonneval l'Église (73260) is accessible from the road to the Col de la Madeleine made famous by the Tour de France, very quiet since it is a cul-de-sac.

Quiet studio with balcony. Fully equipped for a couple + 1 person, on the 4th floor not overlooked. Private covered parking included (Electric charging station extra). Private ski locker. Foot of the slopes, skiing school, Télébourg Mottet at the foot of the building. A room with a large bed (140X190) under the slope and a bench for 1 person (80x190). Repainted and redecorated. Cleaning included. Basic products included, dishwasher tablets, oil, salt, garbage bags...

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

My place is close to shops, the Léchère spa, hiking and biking trails, swimming pool. You'll love my place because of the location at the crossroads of the Tarentaise valleys, at the foot of Valmorel (20 minutes by car), shuttle nearby for Valmorel winter and summer season, and quiet. My place is perfect for couples (we can add a crib), solo and business travelers.

Nice studio on the garden level with all comforts. Shops and various activities nearby (possibility to get there on foot). Lake Annecy at 35 minutes. Ski resorts from 30 minutes (Crest-Voland, Valmorel, Courchevel, Méribel etc...) Bicycle path, climbing wall, ice rink and swimming pool close by.
