The 30 qm terrace is enjoyable both in summer and winter, decorated with plants and garden furniture, good for dinners and cocktails outdoors.

The flat is very spacious located in the heart of the most trendy area of Rome. There is a very large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed . In the living room a comfortable double-bed is placed onto the wooden mezzanine. The kitchen is equipped: fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Soap for these machines is included as well as hand-soap, oil, salt, coffee and sugar. The outside patio is very characteristic and gives you a unique view of the roman charming historical center.
