With a surface area of 66 m², classified 3*, it easily accommodates 4 people and 1 child. Ideal location, half way between Briançon, Montgenèvre, Serre-Chevalier, and Névache. Sporty, walkers, enjoy the many hikes facing the Ecrins massif, or relax in the nearby spa.

In the middle of professional retraining, for several months already and prioritizing human contact, I decided to welcome you in this warm and authentic setting. Family, friends, athletes, bikers, be welcome! We are located in Briançon, in the Serre Chevalier valley at an altitude of 1,326 meters at the confluence of 5 valleys. We are both close to all amenities (city center 500 m away, train station 800 m away) and at the start of many hiking and mountain biking.

In the heart of the Écrins National Park, perched in the Hameau des Terrasses, this contemporary house has stunning views of the Meije glaciers. The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.
