Spacious house, with a 4.5 x 2.5 m pool and large wooden deck overlooking the mountains. Kitchen opens to living room with small cocooning corner. 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with balconies. 1 children's playroom. Trampoline in the garden. Parking just in front of the house. It should be noted that the ground floor of the house is an apartment for 2 that can be rented on these dates (access and exterior not shared). The house is 5 minutes from Gap city center, 20 minutes from Lac de Serre Ponçon
