28 m2 apartment completely renovated on the 1st floor of our house in a quiet neighborhood with 18 m2 south-facing terrace, unobstructed view of the mountains. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with TV, WiFi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Completely refurbished studio. Cleaning of the studio is done by a specialized concierge company. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes of Montgenevre and departures from all the slopes, ski school, purchase of packages, in summer the studio is a few steps from the start of international golf. Rental of linen (towels/sheets/tea towel),cleaning at the end of the stay as well as a concierge service included for a package of 80€.
