Ventura Boatel Stay on a boat in Ventura Harbor!

Also search "Boatel California" - right next to us. We call this a "Boatel" because it is a like a "Floating Hotel" or a large RV on the Water. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, famous ice cream shop, boat rentals, wine tasting, a gorgeous beach, more!

Very private secluded fenced cottage at end of the road in Montecito. King bed and comfortable sleeper sofa in a quaint setting. Ideal for 3 max. Or 2 adults & 2 children on sofa sleeper. Beach chairs and umbrella and 2 boogie boards to use! . Dog and child friendly completely fenced and private. Casita Orilla del Mar is a wonderful retreat one block from Santa Barbara's East Beach. The open-plan is spacious and very comfortable. The bungalow sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout double bed in the living room. French doors off of the Livingroom open to an inviting, completely private patio, built-in spa, outdoor shower, Tranquility fountain and outdoor dining with built-in barbeque. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with in unit washer and dryer.

The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

This is an older house that has not been recently updated; there are some quirks, but most guests find it quite charming.
