It has a beautiful shaded terrace on which to have lunch and dinner in a very relaxing setting, overlooking the woods, period villas and the Morenico Amphitheater of Ivrea. It is located about 1 km from the city center, in a green area in the natural park of the 5 lakes of Ivrea and is only 30 minutes from Turin and 60 minutes from the ski slopes of Monterosa Ski.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

"Casa Morenica": the Cavallaria

"Casa Morenica" is a 1900 building, located in Montalto Dora, on the Via Francigena, 2km from Ivrea. Renovated in 2023, it consists of two separate rooms, used for renting rooms. It is about 50km from Turin and 60km from Aosta. Reachable by foot from Ivrea train station, in 30 minutes and 15 minutes by bike. The "Park of the 5 Lakes" area starts at a few hundred meters, going up to the castle. Less than two minutes away: two restaurants, two bars, and a takeaway pizzeria.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
