The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

From this centrally located place you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Mönchengladbach. Bus stop a few houses away. Shops such as a butcher, bakeries, supermarket, etc. are also nearby. In the accommodation, which consists of 2 rooms as well as a bathroom separated into toilet and shower, which is located on the hallway, there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people as well as a mattress on the floor. I live on the two upper floors!

Historic barn

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

The modern and spacious apartment is quietly located and offers space for 2 adults and two children. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom separated by a door. The living and sleeping areas are open; i.e. not separated by a door. There is a French bed there. There is also a workstation for PCs and fast WiFi.

The small and charming 25 m² souterrain flat is very bright and has everything you need for a perfect stay: A queen size bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a big television. Of course fresh sheets and towels are included, on request for a longer stay a washing machine is available.
