A charming three-story property, beautifully situated on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, where there is a sandy beach and a local cozy harbour. An 80 m2 apartment with open living room and kitchen, wood-burning stove and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect according to the old principles - windows made of plywood (1809) painted with linseed oil, binding works with dowels, paper wool insulation, thatched roof etc. Waste sorting and recycling is also important

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and gymnasium. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom in the basement with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There are small dogs at the address, but not in the annex. Delicious, small, cozy, newly built, non-smoking apartment/studio of high and clean standard with private entrance, suitable for 2 people. Modern, simple, Nordic decor with location on a quiet residential street within walking distance of trains, buses, Næstved city center, cafes, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for, e.g. business people, students or tourists who want to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the street outside the residence.

Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Delicious summerhouse

Well-equipped and nice cottage close to the water where there are good opportunities for kayaking and canoeing. Family friendly, and with the large garden, which just invites you to lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the Gåsetårnet nearby, and with the beach and nature very close. Our lovely cottage was built in 2005 as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. The house has just had new floors and sanitary facilities, as well as new beds and more new furniture. Welcome.

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. Idyll in cozy Præstø, South Zealand

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

Large cozy apartment on the ground floor on Broksø itself can now be rented. In the middle of Zealand, 15 min to Næstved, Ringsted and Haslev. 45 min to Copenhagen. Stay in a historic setting in a manor house in the middle of nature. Wake up to the trumpeter of the cranes, enjoy the sight of the peacocks and experience red deer, deer, etc. in the woods right outside the door. Suitable for family vacation or friends on a trip.
