We have equipped our home with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.

Less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab shopping and restaurants; nestled against the breathtaking slickrock by the golf course. Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

A fully equipped kitchen features wooden cabinets and granite countertops, with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator and gas stove. A central island provides additional workspace, and a small dining area with a round table is visible, enhancing the space's functionality.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes south of downtown Moab with amazing views of the Moab rim out front and flat pass out back. We also have a great community center with a pool, hot tub, playground, tennis court and basketball stands just a 1 minute walk from our front door.
