The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. Bathing is twice as much fun

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

An outdoor balcony is shown, featuring a round wicker table and two circular chairs. A cozy blanket is draped over one chair. The railing is adorned with potted flowers. Expansive green fields and a distant treeline create a scenic view.

"Wellness- Apartment" with sauna !

Ca. 40qm großes, sauberes und helles Apartment mit Küchenecke, Wohnbereich und abgetrennten Schlafbereich. Sehr schönes, helles Bad mit Dusche und WC und integrierter 2-Mann-Sauna (Klafs). Ideal zum Entspannen nach Spaziergängen in der kalten Jahreszeit. Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat einen eigenen separaten Eingang. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus. Zum Apartment gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Fahrräder können auf dem Hof sicher abgestellt werden. Hippe Umgebung.

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

Spend an unforgettable stay in the cozy attic apartment of our guest house. The building was newly renovated by the end of 2021. There are 3 tastefully furnished guest apartments with sauna and fireplace, which leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodations are located in idyllic Schwarzenberg, right in the historic old town center. All errands can be accomplished on foot. However, parking for guests is available right outside the front door.
