The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. Ferienhaus "Villa Sonja" (Villa Sonja)

Our lovingly furnished holiday home with about 40 square meters of living space offers space for 2 people over 2 floors. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster as well as coffee machine and everything else you need for a pleasant day of vacation. Whether you are tired from a hike through the beautiful nature, a sporty bike tour, successful mushroom search or ski tour – in the romantically furnished bedroom with box spring bed you will recover for the next day of vacation. In summer, you can linger and relax on the sun terrace with barbecue facilities. A small herb garden by the house invites your nose and palate to a smell and taste experience. Wi-Fi and parking at the house are available free of charge. Our convertible BMW Z3 Roadster can be rented in fine weather from April to October at an extra cost and explore the Easter Mountains "topless". A filled picnic basket with delicious local products as well as personal recommendations and route suggestions with insider tips for lingering round off your eventful day of vacation. The rooms of the holiday home Dampferblick are divided into 3 levels with a total of 75 m². All rooms have blinds or blackout blinds. On the ground floor is the large bathroom next to the entrance area. On the first floor you will find the living room equipped with flat-screen TV, radio with CD, seating group (table with 4 chairs) and sofa with sleeping function for 2 people as well as the fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer coffee machine, kettle and toaster. On the top and last floor are the bedrooms and a small bathroom with toilet. In the anteroom there is a single bed. In the adjacent bedroom can sleep 2 more people in the double bed. In addition, bed linen & towels, hairdryer, ironing board with iron are available for free use. Optionally, there is also possibility of receiving a baby travel cot or high chair on request. The courtyard invites you to relax with a size of 170 m². For cozy evenings, a grill is available on the beautiful high terrace. In addition to the free use of the garage, there are also 2 bicycles bicycles available for you.

In the entrance area, there is a small table overlooking the garden and the castle panorama. The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic electric stove, kettle, coffee maker. Enjoy cozy and relaxing evenings by the fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. A washing machine is also at your disposal. You have access to the garden with seating and barbecue facilities.

Our vacation home with 60 m² living space offers space for 1 - 4 persons. It consists of a comfortable living room with sofa bed and SAT-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplate, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, so that a family with 2 children has plenty of space. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.W-LAN and a parking space for cars are available free of charge. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. Additional costs and final cleaning are included in the daily price.

Wohnung Weißeritz (Haus Seeblick, Dippoldiswalde)

Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

Wohnung Malter (Haus Seeblick, Dippoldiswalde)

Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

Ferienhaus 160m² (Unter den Eschen)

Our house accommodates up to 6 people, with additional sleeping space for up to 2 more guests available on request. The lower floor features a spacious kitchen-living room with fireplace, two bathrooms, and a utility room with infrared sauna, washing machine, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms with TVs and two smaller rooms with sleeping options. The 1,800 m² garden with terrace, barbecue, fire pit, and mature trees invites you to relax and unwind.

Our vacation home, open since 12/2024, offers space for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, dishwasher, and more. In the living room a pellet stove provides coziness, a TV is also available. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. Two bedrooms with double bed, extra bed in the larger room. Covered outdoor seating area, barbecue facilities and parking at the house. Lockable shed for bicycles.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
