Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Close to the highway, Off road parking space close to the door. Well mannered pets welcome, ill mannered humans not so much.

Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
