Wooded back yard with dining area, seating area and hot tub with pergola. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Short 1/4 mile walk to the Eagles Nest restaurant and to Eagle Point Marina for boat and jet ski rentals. Kayaks, paddleboards and paddleboat included! Recently had to remove the fire pit due to ordinance and complaints.
