We invite you to soak up this tranquil farm setting within walking distance to the seacliffes & seafront. There is a relaxing pond right by your tent and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. Although the area you will be staying in is kept secluded.. there are goats, horses and sheep in nearby paddocks and Runner Ducks wandering around. We have put our whole hearts into this to create something special for our guests to enjoy!

Little William is a 1 bedroom self contained lower ground floor flat in a Georgian House, 5 minutes walk away from the beach in Herne Bay. The flat is priced on two guests sharing. The bedroom has a double bed with super comfy mattress, in a quiet rear room. Lounge/dining area with TV, two single Ikea armchairs and a small sofa. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and a courtyard area with table and 2 chairs.

Newly refurbished - Ascot, like its twin Sandown, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down to a bed in seconds. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your small private lawn onto farmland From the kitchen you go past the entrance lobby into a twin bedded bedroom with TV.
