Erdgeschosswohnung 78 qm, großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafräume, Küche und Bad, verglaste Veranda, Gartenbenutzung mit Bouleplatz Dorfmitte nahe Kiel, Preetz, Bordesholm (jeweils 15 Km) und Flintbek (4 Km mit Bahnhof), Ostseestrände 30-50 min, in der Nähe Naturpark Westensee und Schutzgebiet Eidertal, Gäste mit Kurzaufenthalt (Fahrradfahrer,Besucher von Familienfeiern,Durchreisende) sind willkommen. Wir sind kinderfreundlich. Im Dorf gibt es ein asiatisches Restaurant täglich auch mittags geöffnet.

Moin! Wir bieten unsere Anliegerwohnung als Privatunterkunft zur Vermietung an. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang, Küche, Duschbad und Wohn- / Schlafzimmer. Sie ist über eine Innentreppe mit unserem Haus verbunden. Oben ist aber eine Tür welche verschlossen ist. Die Unterkunft hat einen separaten Eingang, wir ermöglichen dir eine zeitlich flexible Schlüsselübergabe. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, WLAN, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Kamin und Terrasse vorhanden. Kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Ruhige gemütliche Wohnung im Süden Kiels

An der südlichen Stadtgrenze von Kiel im beschaulichen Mielkendorf liegt unsere kleine Gästewohnung (ca. 40 qm) ruhig in der Natur mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Eidertal mit weiten Wiesen. Die Gegend lädt zu längeren Spaziergängen ein und der Bus in die Kieler Innenstadt (7 km entfernt) befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Zu den Stränden der Ostsee benötigt man 20-30 Autominuten. Das Freilichtmuseum Molfsee befindet sich in der Nähe.

Ruhig im Grünen und Stadtnah

Gemütliche Wohnung (ca. 40 qm) sehr ruhig im Grünen + gleichzeitig stadtnah. Die Souterrainwohnung mit separatem Eingang umfasst einen kombinierten Wohn-Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, eine kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Sie wurde im Jahre 2019 komplett renoviert. Es ist allerdings eine Souterrainwohnung, Stehhöhe in Küche und Schlafbereich ca. 2 m. Die Wohnung ist für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet, da es ungesicherte hohe Stufen gibt.

The exterior of the house is not quite finished yet (optically).
