Wake up in this cozy home feeling inspired to enjoy North Atlanta. The Honeybee is a taste of the 1950s countryside right by the city with exposed beam ceilings, wood finishes, neutral grays, a screened back porch, and a fire pit out in the yard. A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. NO FILM or Photography unless you have asked permission, paid a fee & disclosed the content. This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Less than 5 minutes from Six Flags White Water! 0.4 miles from i75 if traveling for business! So much to do in Historic Marietta or Venture into town and discover its nightlife, shopping, and dining options. Bring your own car or rental car. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

Try the city's BIRD scooter system for easy transport. There is a MARTA access by the house. Most people Uber or rent cars. Also, Atlanta now offers BIRD, a scooter system that you can use and leave whereever you want! Check it out! The Cozy. .

This flat is huge with a bedroom measuring 225sq.ft. It is equiped with a queen size bed, spacious closets, desk and television. There is an entry door here and a door that separates it from the living room/kitchen area. This is also very large, measuring 210sq.ft. In here we have a dining table, and a twin pullout sofa bed. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen and dining necessities. We have a cozy bathroom with shower and bath. always equipped with clean towels and all the necessary toiletries. There is also a laundry room that doubles as a broom closet, equipped with a washer and drier. The space is large enough to accommodate three. Your home is completely private with separate entry. If not available to welcome you home, your key will be left at a designated spot and you will be notified. You get to carry your key while you are here so you can come and go as you please. Your privacy is important to me and you will hardly see me but I will be here and if you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to let me know. No matter the time. The property is surrounded clever gardens and tranquility The Infinite Center is less than five miles away. There are major shopping centers and great restaurants nearby. The Lenox mall is 10 to fifteen miles away in Buckhead. Perimeter mall is 15 minutes away where there are many restaurants, including, Cheesecake Factory Across the road find many restaurants, my favorites being the Eclipse de Luna for tapas and Alon's, a bakery/restaurant And Mall of Georgia is only 10 miles north of us THE INFINITE CENTER IS 6.5 MILES AWAY. We are two and a half miles from highway 85 and nine miles from highway 285. 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 20 minutes from the perimeter and Dunwoody area. The Marta train station is in Doraville..9 miles away. There are two major supermarkets. Kroger is just up the road..1/2 mile and the Publix is two miles away. There are many nice restaurants on Pleasant Hill road but if you feel like venturing out for more excitement, the perimeter and the buckhead areas are not far from us. The Marta buses run regularly and of cause if you need a lift, I will be happy to accommodate you on Fridays and on the weekends.

Admire the collection of finds from all over the southeast on display in this unit set in a landmark building. Decorated in modern farmhouse fashion, polished hardwood floors and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances are among the highlights. Unit 1B is a ground floor unit with entry and bathroom accommodations for handicap access. You will have the space all to yourself. And one gated off street parking space. The building it self has a total of six units. Christina is always available by message should you need anything. Stroll just a few blocks from this central location to Ponce City Market and the Beltline, and head down the street to jog in Piedmont Park. Cross the street to encounter well-known Atlanta eateries such as Mary Mac's Tea Room, Pappi's, and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
