Helle, gemütliche Wohnung im Herzen von Wyk

Unsere Wohnung lieg im Ortskern von Wyk. Bis zum Strand sind es gerade einmal 200m. Cafe's und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn/Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wannenbad inkl. Dusche, einen Balkon, sowie einen PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Die Fahrräder können hinterm Haus abgestellt werden. Im Mietpreis ist noch kein Wäschepaket (Bettwäsche und Handtücher) enthalten. Dieses kann später für 20€ pro Person dazu gebucht werden.

Spacious 3-room apartment in quiet neighborhood

The light and friendly 3 room self-catering apartment is located on the attic floor of a house right next to the municipal wood of the city of Wyk. Moreover, the house is located offside the road in a quiet vicinity. Nevertheless, it is just an easy walk to downtown, to the beach or to a children’s playground within a few minutes. Several restaurants with Greek, Chinese and German cuisine are close by, as are the public (sea water) indoor swimming pool and shops for everyday commodities.

Das Tinyhaus bietet mit 18 qm eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, komplettes Badezimmer, Frischwasser in den Leitungen, E-Heizung und schnelles Internet, es ist hübsch dekoriert, damit Ihr euch schon gleich beim Ankommen wohl fühlt. Eigener Parkplatz auf unserem Grundstück.
