Costa Lourens was born by recovering an ancient farmhouse of 1832 in Costa Lorenzo, in the heart of the Waldensian Valleys, at an altitude of 750 meters, surrounded by chestnut woods. Since 2014, completing the renovation of the property (exposed wooden beams, slate roof, local stone masonry) the catering service is active.
