Very easy access, 4 km from the Roche Bernard small town of character and 15 km from the beaches (Pénestin, Billiers) Living area of 32 m2 overlooking a terrace of 30 m2 with equipped kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 9 m2 (160 bed), 8 m2 (140 bed) and 7 m2 with bunk beds, hallway and shower room with toilet. Gas central heating and wood-burning stove.

The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument. The sea is less than 20 minutes away and the river is less than 5 minutes away.
