The property offers 280 m2, consisting of a renovated stone longhouse and 4 independent renovated lodges, with a total capacity of 20 guests (+ 2 children ). For the accommodation side. the estate is located between land and the sea on the Guérande peninsula: Guérande is just 7 km away, only 7 minutes from the Mesquer Quimiac beaches, and 12 km from La Baule.
