This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

Whether you are a vacationer, passing through for work, training or work-study, our apartment will delight you with its quiet location and interior space. Bus stops, shops (very close shopping areas) and quick access to the Vannes ring road complete its assets. 2 private parking spaces are located in front of the apartment. For walks on the coastal trails or in the city center, allow 10 minutes by car. Less than 20 minutes to Golf de Baden.

You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive!
