Lovely mountain views, amazing outdoor area with private hot tub, (can be kept cool in hot weather.)Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the home for privacy. A 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards, surrounded by orchards. 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 3 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries.
