The interior is spacious and comfortable, with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. The outdoor space with a private pool is expansive, lush, and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for family or friends. Cala Morell beach is conveniently nearby and never fails to delight.

Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.
