Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Appartement spacieux dans une partie du Château. Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée. Vous pouvez marcher directement sur le domaine de 47 hectares. Trois chambres pour 6 avec 4 lits: 90 (2) ou 180 (2) cm de large. Salle de bains (avec baignoire) et les toilettes sont séparées. Piscine fonctionelle de 9 x 4 mètres (ouverte du 1er mai au 1er novembre). Il y a un signal de Wi-Fi mais il y a également un signal 4G. Pensez "débranché, retour à la nature/à l'essentiel", à l'air pur, etc.

Charming bed and breakfast.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese verrine with fruit) + €6 with a bottle of Chateaugay.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

The Pierre de Menet house is composed of: On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay... You can go dip your feet to the river which is just a short walk from the house or have a barbecue... Otherwise come and chat with the neighbors

Charming Auvergne house in the heart of the medieval city of Salers.
