The apartment is located in the center of Neheim in a small section of the pedestrian zone with many shopping and parking options in the immediate vicinity. On approx. 24 square meters optimal for 1 person with enough freedom of movement. But even 2 people can still get along quite well. A large semi-covered balcony with seating and magnificent panoramic views expands the space. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV and Washing machine. An elevator is also available.

Nice granny apartment in a quiet location/ Wallbox

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Rural yet close to the city. A variety of excursion destinations and hiking trails within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. Spacious and well-equipped. Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.
