Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
