Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. È ad un minuto da una bellissima spiaggia sul lago di Caldonazzo. Comprende accesso privato con possibilità di parcheggio macchina e terrazzo esterno con bbq. La casa è nuova e alcune finiture secondarie verranno via via ultimate.
