Our cozy house, built in 1894, is conveniently located in the center of the beautiful, green town of Witten in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor is bright and friendly. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. We rent this beautiful apartment (approx. 60 m²) with separate entrance and direct access to nature in the Sauerland. The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.

Our "forest hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2020 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
